Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent."

"I bring guests to Ghana annualy and I always bring them to African Regent, first. We are greeted with a glass of fresh squeezed juice. The staff treats my companions with dignity and warmth. And, the buffet never disappoints. From Eric, the doorman to Raymond who brought did to my room at 11:00 PM, the waitstaff to the front desk; everyone is on their "A" game. Plus, it feels good when they ask remember you from your last visit."
