"The propery is located next to the port but the views are only for one of the 4 sides of the building. This is one of the oldest hotels in the area and definately not a 5 star . Hallways are dark to hide the worn off carpet. Rooms are minimalistic. We had an issue with climate contol since they are using central heat and the temperature was too high in the room and could not be lowered. If you opened the windows all you heard was the ferry loudspeakers or the stray dogs barking in the vacant lots adjacent to the hotel. When we complained they delivered a fan to the room which is something i would expect from a cheap hostel . We decided to leave 2 hours in our stay and they would not reimburse the stay ( no A/C is a problem ). They offered a higher floor but still not good because heat rises and the neighborhood is still noisy . Feels more like a cheap 3 star definately not 5. "

"Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. If you're driving, parking is bit of an issue. There is a public parking lot close by for 12 euro a day with in and out privileges for those staying at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet is worth staying here alone!!"

"Overall check in time was very late. Not many guests so not sure why it took so long. Mold smell in room, back door to pool didn’t work well, and a ton of fruit flies in the dining area. Overall cleanliness near the food area wasn’t great. Just an ok experience. "

"Great resort, staff were super helpful especially those at the restaurant. The Spa was amazing and the staff took time to speak with us before recommending treatment to book. Location right on the beach made it a fantastic place to stay. "

"We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. Appreciated that, as there was literally nothing to do or to go to outside the hotel The food at main restaurant was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant manager Giorgio and all the staff for their hard work. Many thanks to the superstar bartenders for the perfect service. Marina, Olga, Myrto, Dimitri, Panagiotis- cheers I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. "Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better. "
