The hotel had everything someone could want including a shuttle around Kohler and an extensive included breakfast each morning. With shops and dining within walking distance and amazing and helpful service, you can’t go wrong with the Inn on Woodlake.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at The Woodlake Inn. We walked into our room to find an large yellow, industrial floor fan in front of the heating/cooling unit. We hauled it down to the front desk. There was no report of anything wrong within their maintenance system. However, the unit was very loud and the following morning, the floor was wet and now our socks were too. During the 2nd night of our stay, the unit made a ridiculous amount of noise and started blowing hot air. We unplugged the unit to see if we could maybe reset it. It was 2 nights of miserable sleep. However, we enjoyed a day at the spa with multiple services, lunch and made reservations for 3 meals at the Tavern. The front desk and driver were all very nice.

We got in a little late and were greeted gladly without any fuss, which was lovely. The shower was great, as expected in Kohler, and the room was huge - and it was one of the smaller ones!

Great for Golfers.
It’s a golf hotel. Made for golfers. Pricey for Wisconsin I think. But for a bunch of guys on a golf outing it looks great. We were there for a wedding. Not a 5star wedding hotel but very friendly staff

My husband and I had an amazing time at the Inn on Woodlake. We've never experienced such amazing customer service. It was walkable to the American Club and spa. The free breakfast was amazing! We'll definitely be back.

This is a great property for golfers. This hotel is set up to transport golfers to the local courses around Kohler Wisc.

Unfortunately during our three nights stay which cost over $1100 our room was never cleaned and no fresh towels. We had expected more from the Inn On Woodlake.

We were woken up in the middle of the evening to an intoxicated couple in the room next to us. We were kept up until 4:30AM listening to them vomit. We were very disappointed in our stay, usually a great hotel!

Nice summer stay but corporate needs to review….
The hotel is super convenient and made for golfers. Housekeeping, the morning breakfast, and the front desk teams were amazing - worked so hard and made the stay memorable. If you have someone in the party who is not golfing then the resort has some work to do…the swimming lake smelled. They charge a 30/ day resort fee but are starting to charge for items that would be included at other resorts - 40 per half hour for paddle boards….and charge extra for wanting to hike on property. The extra pricing would have been $95 for the day between the resort fee and the fee for grounds access. This seems excessive.

Pricey but love the spa
Clean and friendly. The comfort was average for this price. No bellman no valet parking and no discount for using spa services. Managed fine but for a hotel of this type somewhat disappointing. The spa is always amazing but pricey. 20% tip added to all spa services.

This is my second time staying at Inn on Woodlake. First stay was good overall but had some hot water issues. Returned and staff was very friendly; shower was enjoyable with the multiple tiles of spraying water; breakfast was excellent and coffee was always available in the lobby; took a walk around woodlake in the early morning and had the lake to myself. Only suggestion I would have (I stayed in April during a warm spell) is to provide some furniture for the deck of the tower deck rooms and maybe an outside chair for the other main rooms that have either a deck or little patio outside. There were lots of birds around the lake which was quite beautiful and I do know that leaving outside furniture would probably be a pain to keep clean. I ended up taking my rolling chair outside the room onto the patio and using that.
