We loved our welcome drinks and front desk staffs. We loved the atmosphere by the beach, pools, the pool staff was very friendly and SeaSun restaurant staffs were friendly and made us delicious cocktails.
We booked 4 rooms to surprise my family for the Thai New Year all the way from New York City. The issues were 2 rooms out of 4 rooms had some facilities problems. First room issue was the outlet in the bathroom and AC unit wasn’t working. We called front desk and they be able to sent someone from maintenance to fix it luckily. The second room issue was the front door couldn’t locked and unsafe, AC unit was working very poorly. We called and they be able to responded on 1 out of 2 and fix the AC unit but never responded to fix the front door that couldn’t lock for the rest of the stay. It was 4 days 3 nights stayed.
Buffet staffs were so rude to my auntie. One of the staffs were asked if we need any drinks, juice, coffee or anything to start the breakfast buffet. The staff responded was “juice you can help yourself at the bar we do not offer juice service to the table” meanwhile at Sri Panwa they be able to assist us with the very basic simple inquiries without hesitation or any kind of attitude. We definitely not looking forward to come back with my whole family of 14 people and the amount of the money that we spent it should be minimal issues regarding all the issues were occurred during our stays to celebrate our Thai New Year nor stay for the future.
