Wonderfully spacious rooms. Direct access to white sandy beach and walking distance to amazing food and nightlife. This is the perfect spot on Chaweng Beach road.

We loved how beautiful this hotel was, full of character whilst also super clean, comfortable bed, brilliant location (right on the beach). The breakfast was great, they put on an amazing spread every day. Super friendly staff. We had a power cut on our last night and they made sure we had a bright lamp in our room until it came back on. Couldn’t recommend more! The hotel was right off the street but the rooms are so quiet. It was perfect.

The room was so big and nicely decorated with your own balcony. Far from the water. The beach area is quite small and not really swimmable as it is very shallow. You can walk down for bigger beach. It was very loud at night until 4 am but not hotels fault it is the area in which it is located. The food was very good for reasonable prices. Make sure to pay as you go as we had some issues with our drink bills. Not very accessible as there are many stairs and ramps to the restaurant and beach. Breakfast buffet was very good.

We loved this place. Resort is not too big. Great location and on the best part of the beach. Breakfast was great. Would have been nice to be on the upper floor to get at least some view. Deck furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but the entire resort was great.

the hotel was spotlessly clean. the staff were so helpful you only had to ask and they delivered, close to all shops and entertainment and restaurant - perfect location as you were not in the middle of the busy bustling road but towards to the end but still in the mist of everything. so it was nice and quiet to go to sleep. fantastic holiday loved it.

The architecture of the building is traditional Thai and very beautiful. Service is very good and the staff very friendly. Due to wonderful water ponds around the building where also a lot of Koi fishes are living, a lot of mosquitos are around, its beautfiul but very annoying.

Lovely Old Thai style hotel

Great location. Lovely old Thai Style accommodation. Shame as a 5 star hotel they charge for a bucket of ice and they need to do something about the seating at pool and beach area. Not suffer by a long shot. We couldn’t get a seat anyway we were there.

I e been tying many different resorts in similar price range with similar ratings and this was pretty high up on all areas - except for two items. Parking is almost impossible- the local taxi service parks multiple cars right in front and even cones off available spots to save for other drivers. You have to argue and wrestle with them - sometimes they back fown and others not - the hotel can’t do anything because they pay the police so they won’t make them move! It’s prime party spot for Chaweng - so good luck. 2nd is that there’s the biggest club not too far away and if snd when the wind is blowing from the wrong direction- you hear and feel the noise and beat until 5am. Many guests complained - but nothing the resort can do- 2 nights no problem. 2 night- ear plugs didn’t even help. Breakfast was one of the better ones in the area. Very convenient location for dinner, activities If you don’t have a car and are a heavy sleeper- this is great place!

It is not an adults only hotel and that was the first disappointment because we booked it precisely for that reason, they should not offer it like that because I saw children every day of my stay. The hotel is very well maintained and the rooms are large and spacious, very nice and clean, the breakfast is very good, the beach is not the best, the water hits your knees if you are lucky, there are better beaches with paid sun loungers, you should wear earplugs because the noise from the clubs is very loud, I did not like that before 5 pm they start collecting all the sun loungers and if you are in the pool they sweep your face to make you leave and the employees change their attitude so you leave because they should be doing their job of setting tables for dinner making guests who are not having dinner and want to enjoy the sunset on the beach and the pool that closes at 7 pm feel like second-class guests. It should be somewhat equitable, half the tables are for dinner and the other half are for those who have just arrived and beach lovers.

Super convenient area close to the main busy part of Chaweng Beach without the noise. Excellent pool with access to beach and plenty of beach chairs for use. Breakfast was varied with thai and western options.
