"We stayed in the Malee room (1 Bed Grand Pool Villa) and it was exceptional. It is exactly like how the pictures show. The staff are very accommodating and always looking to help. The property is located up a hill which makes the views exceptional. This also makes it a bit harder to move around as you can't walk to places but there is a free shuttle service to two beaches which mitigates most of that inconvenience. Overall a great luxury property."

"Arrived around 8pm at the Hotel. Check in was very quick and i got showed by the staff my room and also got introduced about everything in the Hotel. Staff in all functions where at all time very friendliy and also helpful! Room was one of the "older" Jacuzzy Balcony room. It was clean and also in good condition. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection and lots of staff to help with any special requests. I would defenitive stay again in the hotel."

"Riesen Anlage - daher sehr weite Wege Sehr schöne Pools - mit Meerblick Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielseitig Zimmer war leider an manchen Stellen nicht sauber und sehr hellhörig, vor allem die Straße. Fahrstuhl leider durchgehend defekt. Rezeption 1 teilweise unfreundliches Personal Strand hätte man schöner machen können. Massagen und Essen/Dienstleistungen komplett überteuert. Massage am Strand vom externen Anbieter top."

"This resort is breathtaking between the room itself and the view! We (my boyfriend and I) stayed in a private Villa with two pools and didn’t want to leave the room! The attention to detail immediately stood out to us. They brought us little goodies to try during our stay such as cookies, caramel, etc. Everything was beautifully designed and clean. Every staff member was extremely kind and helpful. They have restaurants which we ate and experienced incredible service from staffing and delicious...

"Check in was quick and easy and we were able to store our bags safely while waiting for our room to be ready as we arrived early. The staff in the restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The pool was clean, very warm. There were not any lounge chairs or chairs with umbrellas right on the beach unfortunately. The waterfront was more of a lagoon. Extremely shallow, warm water.
