"The room is small. But very clean. We really wish the suspended bed frame can add some soft foam to it. We accidentally bumped head to it. I’m sure this happened to other people as well. This place close to airport, and they also provide free drop off services."

"房間清潔只可以用一般來形容，櫃檯前職員也算是幾好，剛剛我的房間洗手間燈的感應失效，職員查看查後立刻換房，這點也算幾好；早餐也算可以，因這只係兩星酒店；泊車也算方便；但係房間內浴室設計就差到難於接受，內裏連放一件布巾同替換衣服的地方都沒有，沐浴後只能光脫脫濕立立的行出浴缸外才能取毛巾衣服，我相信一粒星的酒店也沒有這個失敗的設計。"

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ms. Rodriguez. I greatly appreciated her recommendations. The breakfast offered a good selection of items. My only suggestion for improvement would be the breakfast service. Some staff interactions felt less welcoming than expected, and given the hotel's international clientele, having more English-speaking staff available would enhance the guest experience."
