My stay at the Elite World Grand Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was fantastic, and every member of staff I encountered was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful.
I would particularly and personally like to thank Izel, the manager, who was absolutely outstanding. She went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect, made sure there were no problems during my stay, and took the time to explain the various trips and excursions I could enjoy. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made a real difference to my experience.
The food was outstanding, too! Aleyna one of the chefs, deserves special recognition for preparing food that was genuinely exceptional. Every meal was a pleasure.
I would also like to thank Betul, whose helpfulness and understanding when I visited the restaurant were greatly appreciated. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely welcome.
Izel, Aleyna and Betul are a real credit to this hotel. Employees like these are what make the difference between an ordinary hotel stay and a truly memorable experience.
