We had to wait an hour on the street because we didn't receive the entry code. The endowment of the apartment was totally inadequate: everything refers to a terrible "African" style decoration.

I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. Just tell people to use the small black keypad, and also use the same code to enter your room as you use to get in the building.

Good location but some weaknesses
Zanzibar room is very noisy even with windows closed. Although the kitchen is reasonably well equipped it was not workable. There were only 2 PowerPoints over the sink and no bench space so you had to move each appliance to be able to use the other. If we wanted to use the microwave we had to sit it on top of the stage so we couldn’t use the cooktop. Suggest that either the bench is extended around the corner near the wardrobe (a triangular table would work) or PowerPoints are put in over the bench opposite the sink.

Nettes Apartment mit solider Ausstattung. Die Lage war sehr zentral, aber auch unerwartet laut, was natürlich nicht den Vermietenden anzulasten ist.

Great room, but check in was a mess
Reception is closed on nights and weekends. could not get into the hotel with code which i never received via email. had to wait for someone to come through the doors. eventually someone came that spoke english to let us in and texted the hotel to get a code for the door and room number. a couple hours later another customer had the same issues with email and room number. near the main christmas market, so was loud through the night. room was great, though.

Negativo: 1. Cuando traté de informarme sobre donde tenía que aparcar mi auto, antes de iniciar mi viaje, en la web del hotel no dice nada sobre eso, de hecho dice no tener aparcamiento. Cuándo llegué al hotel no encontraba donde aparcar, tuve que dejar el auto en un parqueo privado que cobra más de 20 euros al día y tuve que arrastrar mi maleta 200 metros y subir escaleras con ella. Cuando me iba ya, noté que el hotel tenía un aparcamiento súper escondido que no iba nunca a poder encontrar y encima tampoco es gratis. Negativo 2: No pude dormir nada por un intenso bullicio cerca del hotel. Constantemente, también en la madrugada, habían personas hablando y sonaban gritando como borrachos a veces y se escuchaban platos, y sonidos así como de que había un restaurante al lado, pero la verdad yo ni siquiera lo ví. Positivo: Para entrar al hotel sólo tuve que ingresar mi código, no tuve que hablar con nadie, estaba limpio, es bien agradable, la habitación tenía su pequeña cocina con refrigerador, estufa, utensilios para cocinar, todo súper. La cama era grande, cómoda, la ropa de cama agradable, se veía nueva, la decoración era bonita y había mucho espacio para guardar ropa y cosas. Habían suficientes toallas, gel de ducha, shampoo, jaboncitos, todo.

Themed room fit-out (Hollywood) was very appealing. Excellent location in city centre next to Muenzplatz with its very good restaurant options. Short walk to the Rhine. Parked at a Parkhaus (paid) 5 minutes walk away which was good and convenient once we'd found it.

A good place for visiting the Koblenz Altstadt
This is a well-appointed "aparthotel" style facility. Nothing fancy, but everything is comfortable. The staff did a really good job of communicating. The only drawback is that there are several bars across the street. The noise at night was a problem.

Netter Kurzbesuch
Das check in verlief problemlos, nachdem wir uns online registriert hatten. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bad leider etwas veraltet. Insgesamt war aber alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Dafür, dass keinerlei Service vor Ort stattgefundenen hat war der Preis recht happig. Das Appartement ist sehr zentrumsnah und für einen Kurztrip empfehlenswert.

Clean and comfortable stay
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. The only problem was that the coffee machine in the room did not work.

Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet aber unpraktisch. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Küche aber keinen Tisch zum Essen. Das Sofa und der Sessel sehen gut aus, aber um darauf den Abend zu verbringen sind Sie zu unbequem. Das Bett hat eine schöne Größe und es schläft sich gut darin. Das Bad ist zwar klein aber mit Dusche und Badewanne gut ausgestattet.

Pleasant Work Stay
The apartments are great for business trips if you would like to have a kitchen area/ cook. The room themes are fun and the location is great. There are no real extras included but it has everything you need. The bed could be more comfortable and the window covers darker but all in all a pleasant stay.
