This hotel looks and feels way better than any 3-star hotel. Comfortable. Only issue was that the pillow is too high and hard. Ample space in both the toilet and the main area. Doors are not sound proof. I could hear noises, chatter at the hallway. Location wise, its a 10-minute walk from the Sannomiya station. Lots of eateries, shopping nearby.

Very basic but clean and staff were very pleasant I only wish they pay more attention to environment and do not dispose slippers each day and they will give us options of using the same towels and pyjamas for durations of the stay.

This was my third stay at this hotel. The moderately sized rooms are modern and clean, with a big comfortable bed and a full size bath. The amenities provided are a bit on the cheap side. If you don't have the room cleaned on any given day, you will get a care package of towels, amenities, gown and slippers, tea and coffee at your door, which used to be standards in all hotels I used in Japan but now seems to be less common. The lift operates by key card so strangers can't access the rooms, thus providing safety. The staff could use a little extra training to improve politeness and guest experience though as they are very curt and the cleaners leave their stuff all over the halls every day, blocking access. Location is ok but it's not really right in Sannomiya. It's on the outskirts. You will reach the subway in 6 minutes and JR takes about 12 minutes on foot. But I would recommend this hotel as a good option as you get value for your money here.

hotel was in a great location for the train station. the weather was hot and humid and the hotel provided free bottled water and body towels daily. Needed to use the coin laundry that was a bit challenging to get everything dry but the room had enough space to air dry.

Great quality to price ratio and well located.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well located near the Sannomiya area and train station in the center of Kobe. The room was on the small side, but the bed was well sized for a single person (essentially a double bed by American standards) and the bathroom was very modern and spacious (by comparison with the room). I would definitely stay here again.

Very good.
Both the room and bathroom are a very good size by Japanese standards. Good location, affordable, and clean. I'm not sure what more you could ask for.

Nice hotel and close to shopping and restaurants. Check in is 2 pm so you can start your day early upon check in, or take a quick nap if needed. Room was nice and clean; beds are.....well, Japanese so mattress and pillow is hard. But that's Japan. Would definitely stay here again.

Room is plushy for the price. Dresser and coffee table appreciated. Large bath. Room a little tight. Some hairs found on things at check in. Container for toothbrush etc was very dusty with some hairs in it also at check-in. I cleaned it myself. Location ok but kind of on the edge of Sannomiya. Not dead centre. But this is the 2nd time I've used this hotel because it's a pleasant experience overall.
