"Gorgeous location right on the bay. The cabanas were smallish and simple but completely adequate for my needs including a small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. The bed was large and very comfy. They provided bottled water and replenished the coffee and tea daily. The daily breakfast was tasty and had several options. They will also help with dietary restrictions as needed. The front staff was friendly and happy to answer questions or help with plans. There is scooter rentals and a massage parlor right on campus."

"My family and I enjoyed every moment staying in Sylvan hotel room. Service was perfect, and staff was very helpful. Variable breakfast food and outstanding dining area. Privet beach is very clean and hotel staff provides kayak service on the beach, so you can watch see life and make a beautiful pictures. I would love to be back one day."

"This is wonderfully well-managed property. From the moment I checked in until checkout, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful,and helpful. It is evident that this chain does an excellent job in training staff to meet the needs of its clientele. The room was very comfortable with everything in great working order. The facilities were excellent and the vibe was very relaxed. There is tonnes to do on Koh Chang, and the hotel was very helpful in getting me a rental car at a very good rate. I would highly recommend the Dinso as a great place to stay and excellent value for the money. As a side note, the food and service in the restaurant each day was nothing short of excellent."

"Absolutely beautiful. Admittedly, I was very surprised to see that the toilet and shower in the villa was actually outside, but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The private beach is heavenly, the beach side bar and food was excellent. You're a bit far to the south, but that only puts you closer to the southern pier, and nothing is very far away in the first place - not a very big island to start with. All in all, couldn't be happier with this place."

"We had an amazing experience and extended our stay by an extra week. Room was beautiful,light and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed,a great shower and bath. The air conditioning worked very well and was spotless,as was the room throughout. Breakfast was exceptional,great variety,clean,fresh. Pool was again very clean and hygienic,cleaned daily and a great size. Bars served great cocktails both non alcoholic/alcoholic and happy hour 12-9pm was great value. The team were exceptional throughout all areaโs with many with 10 years or more experience at the hotel. Special thanks to the amazing Sutthinan (cake),who was so friendly,efficient and supportive. Apple,housekeeper for our room standard daily,Pao and Heng who provided exceptional friendly service at the beach bar and a big thank you to Cabbage on the egg station at breakfast for making amazing egg Benedictโs. The whole team are very friendly and helpful."
