Location is perfect if you’re motorbiking around - it’s away from the kinda trashy ao nang beach - and the window overlooked the ocean so that’s pretty great. Rooms are bright, spacious, spotless and enjoy large balconies overlooking the beautiful gardens the lovely owner takes pride in looking after. "Everything was perfect about this place. Clean, right across the beach and some great eateries + local options, close enough to 7-Eleven (300m) and the room was nice, spacious, new and clean. The staff went out of the way to make sure that we had everything we needed. "Nice location on beach, bungalows are medium to small in size. Our unit had a nice covered verandah for sitting, but most units did not. Restaurant onsite convenient. As per the hotels notes there is no hot water, our shower was quite cool later in evening. The bungalow is not totally sealed in it's construction, very easy for me to see gaps the size of a ping pong ball, in shower area ceiling to outside. "We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom villa with pool. The villa was clean and large. There is complimentary snacks and water which get re-stocked every day. The villas are situated away from the main drag but the complimentary shuttle which is available anytime is only a 10 minute ride away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool off in. Only 8 villas so nice and quiet"
