They had great water pressure and hot water. The pool was nice as well as free breakfast. The walls are paper thin though and it’s like you’re going to sleep in a night club. Very loud

Bugs. The cleanliness of our room looked okay at first glance. But upon a closer inspection of the bed we found reddish stains on the sheets and mattress, and saw small insects crawling around as well. We checked out immediately without staying the night.

Was great for 3 lads for partying. I wouldn’t want to stay here if I was not here to party as it is very noisy until 2am. Good enough and clean rooms however.

Loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As I checked in I was warned about the noise from the beach from 8pm-1am. What she didn’t warn me about was the construction work right next to my window from 7am-8pm. Then also the noise from other guests from 1am-3am. Or the cleaners because their closet was right next to my room starting at 8am. The walls were paper thin. I had a view of a wall. I could hear everything the people in the room beside were saying. The pool was like a paddling pool with no beds just small seats. The only good thing about this property was the bed, it was extremely comfy. There should be some warning for travellers like myself who are travelling alone and not going to beach parties etc. It is the perfect hotel for those who want to party. But DO NOT stay there if you are looking to relax.

Loved the location and surroundings of the hotel. The hotel rooms look much bigger in the picture then they actually are in real life ... and the washrooms have taps rusting, which could use some fixing. Overall, not bad! But amazing location that makes up for it !

What do you expect from a 2 star hotel
The beacha was recommended to me by a friend due to the fact the party on the beach is right in front of the hotel and if you get a little to wasted no need to walk miles to your hotel. The hotel smelled like cat. The rooms were clean it. The free breakfast was very limited but after party hopping who walkers up before 10 anyway. If you’re planning to sleep here choose another hotel. If you’re planning to party on the beach all night then this hotel is your beat bet. You have the boat taxi right in front as well to take you all around the surrounding islands.

Over priced for what it is
Cost us £60 for one night and for the standard of the room we would of payed less for a room in London! Does the job if you want quick access to the beach and beach parties but not for £60 a night. We payed slightly less for a beautiful hotel in phi phi which made this one look awful. When we arrived the room was covered in flies so I asked them to spray it with fly killer. Also had a lizard in the bathroom which isn't a problem to us but might be to someone else. The walls are very thin so you can here everything next door are doing. You can hear the music from the beach yes but you should expect this from a party hotel.

Building appeared that it was quickly fixed after storm/tsunami. Rooms were ok. I expected a lot more for the price I paid.

Not suitable to Families with Small kids
Ko Phi Phi is so small that basically any hotel would do, but this one is has a great access to the beach (not the best though) but is side by side to the hot spots after hours. There are rooms that will be far enough from the high music to the point that will not bother you, but the hotel is entirely constructed of tin wood and you will hear lots of noise. On the other hand, party life is what Phi Phi is all about, so this spot will be great for that reason. Parents with (small) kids: STAY AWAY. You will hate this place. But if you like to have fun, then go for it. Compared is a good cost for the benefits offered. Service is not good at all, but you will not be mistreated, so good enough. I'm on my fifties and I had a blast with my wife there.

Conditions could of been nicer, staff and their willing to accommodate us made of for the slight lack of room quality. Will say they had the comfiest beds in thailand we had seen yet. Would recommend to a friend for sure. Beware, if sleep is a priority though this hotel is not for you. If you're ready to rage, have no worries.

It served its purpose
We stayed at the Beacha Club for eight days. I was glad about the comfy beds because the most I stayed in the room was to sleep, shower, change clothes. Ear plugs are definitely needed. With them we slept fine. Staff was friendly. Felt safe. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the lunch menu . Pool area is small and comfy with a bar, music, and a good view. We also enjoyed the hammocks on the rooftop. Beach towels are provided but they’re not your typical towels more like a cloth sheet. Overall if you’re not picky it served its purpose so it was fine for us.

Nice hotel very close to everything
The hotel room is nice, the bed is really comfy, air con works well and the shower is great too, powerful and always hot. The location is great in terms of being close to everything, situated only 5 minutes walk from the tonsai bay where you get dropped off from the ferry. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around all the walkways from the bay to the hotel. The hotel is located on the beach too with our room showing views of it so that was a bonus. The only downside to this hotel is it's extremely loud from dinner time until 2am roughly from all the music at the bars so if you're planning on getting any sleep, this isn't the hotel for you. However if you're wanting to go out every night then this is the perfect location as it's in the centre of where you want to be and only a minute away from the Ibiza pool party.

On the upside, the location is perfect. You are right on the beach and in town. We also like to party so the noise wasn't a huge issue. But if you aren't a partier or want to be in bed by 2 am- I do not reccomend. But when we checked in the floors were gross and there was neon body paint on the sheets....and we didn't have any neon body paint...

Where the beach party doesn't stop
The beach parties are so loud you can't sleep until around 3am and the morning music starts around 12pm so don't look forward to naps. If you are going to party only then this place is for you. But if you like to enjoy vacation on your own schedule then stay on the other side of the island. But the staff is so sweet, always smiling, and the room is comfy. The noise isn't in the hotels control but it really ruined our time.

Beautiful island
Very nice location and central! On the beachfront! No cars or busy roads on island, bliss! Rooms very small and bathroom even smaller! Friendly staff. Not place for quiteness and peace, as the nigth clubs is just next door and very loud music till 2am! It is a party island after all...

Fantasic 2 night stay
We stayed here for only 2 nights while in P.P but wished we stayed the other 3 here as well. This is a great hotle with the most comfy beds u will ever sleep in in Thailand. They have a perfect little pool for cooling down and an amazing little poolside bar with a awesome bar temder that makes the best drinks. Theres also a rooftop sitting area where u can watch the fire shows if your not interested in sitting down with all the wild and drunk crowns lol ot just to relaxe and take in the worm nights breez. We loved to place and will deff be back. Thx so much

Only stopped for one night and this accommodation was perfect location. I felt the room door and lock was as a little fragile however they did have an open reception and there was a security guard outside watching people coming and going from beach etc. The room also had a safe which was good. It was tidy and beds comfy but hardly any light and kind of all felt very make shift....very bad smells but this is all over we know there has been problems with drainage etc

We checked in and the front desk kindly informed us there would be a "loud all night party every night and that ear plugs are provided". And they were in the bathroom but hand soap or anything I said not! You can't even wash your hands. And she was right, there was loud music til 2am like clock work and we did not really sleep until 2 either night and the ear plugs didn't help much. Also the bathroom smelled so bad, like dirty feet and urine. The bed was nice and the room was OK. The AC only stays on when your in the room, which saved energy and once u figure it out its fine. Food was good and breakfast buffet and staff were great! For a 30+ yr old would not recommend but a 20 yr old party goers dream.

Hotel is on the beach.
Hotel was convenient to the beach, had some party noise late into the night but room was away at street side which buffered the sounds. Pool is small but refreshing, restaurant meals and breakfast buffet were excellent. Staff very helpful in arranging snorkeling day trip and our ferry tickets to Koh Lanta.

Not worth the money and super loud!!!
The only good thing about this hotel initially is the location during the day. However, when night time rolls around, dont expect to sleep until 3-4 am as the beach party music is so loud. It felt like the DJ was in my room, it was so loud! The room was clean enough. Still a place where I wore my sandals the whole time. Only took them off to go to bed! Big cockroach in our shower. The pool looked run down. Thought we would enjoy pool time right on the ocean, but we didn't even go in the pool. We didn't have the breakfast as we slept in a bit to make up loss time from the loud music. Avoid this place if you hope to get any sleep otherwise join the party till 3 am and you should be ok!

Modern rooms, on the beach.
When departing pier look for Porter holding sign for your hotel, he will then arrange cart to haul luggage to hotel. Rooms are modern with western style full bath/shower and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and a/c kept room like ice box if we wanted to.

All was as expected and as advertised. Also reviews were right on spot. Everybody must understand that out off 100 rooms, some can be worst than others. If you read a bad review it doesn't mean you will end up in the same situation. Noise is inevitable because of the parties and music nearby but the hotel let you know about it during check in. If you there to chill and relax, this is not a place for you. If you can stand the music at night or just one of those who are partying then this is the perfect location.

Right on the beach, good hotel but too loud!
Overall very pleased - nice room/bed/tv/breakfast but unfortunately it's just extremely loud every night due to the party beach - you have to experience it to fully understand! The hotel feels like the centre of the noise (until 2-2.30am).

PARTY HOTEL!NOT family or quiet! LOUD Music 2am
Last minute reservation, NOT one stated that a VERY LOUD bar is next door, in addition to 3 other bars within 100 yrds. Plays LOUD, blaring music, vibrates doors/window on beach front rooms. Smelly, mold in corners of room, NO hot water and the old ratty towels, THIS THIS THE BEST PART!! I was charged for STEALING a hand towel worth maybe a $1 in the US, they charged me $3 US dollars for it. I opened my suitcase and bag and showed them I didn't have it. They said i was a thief and STOLE IT! Check in staff was great, the next day they were RUDE, nasty and again were the ones who charged me for supposedly stealing a towel that was NEVER in my room. Save YOUR MONEY ....... STAY SOME WHERE ELSE!! I would give this a -10 if I could, I am accustomed to staying at nice hotels and resorts, thank god I only stayed there one night. I had resort reservations on Phuket where I had been staying but wanted one night on Phi Phi. Longs Bay is the place to stay on Phi Phi. Oh and they don't mention to tell you it smells like sewer there also, the building across the brick road is a memorial for the Tsunami and its run down and literally smells like a sewer!! Upon check-in I was told " there is loud music until 0200" is that OK?? I was NO, I am here to relax, I do not want loud music. Well we can't move you and is NO REFUNDS. WTH?? A motel 6 would be like the HILTON come pared to this flea bag hotel PS~ the POOL Is a ABOVE the ground ...... aka plastic liner, metal sides, NO HEATER!!

Not so good as on the pictures. Breakfast is ok. Room cleanliness was not up to our expectations. Some of the island parties happens just behind the hotel on the beach, do expect some noise! Room is ok, equiped with mini bar and good size. Bed is comfortable.

One of the best locations on Ko phi phi!!
If you choose your hotel according to the star ratings then the Beacha club is not for you, in fact Ko Phi Phi is probably not for you! This hotel is literally steps from the beach so the music is loud until 2 a.m. so if you're not there to party bring earplugs! The restaurant is right on the beach and breakfast there overlooking the bay is probably the highlight of my trip!!The rooms are small but somewhat clean and the bathrooms are small and dark. This hotel seems to be the norm for the island if you dont want to stay in a hostel. It's a good place to stay for two or three nights but no more,it's a small island! This was probably the worst hotel of my entire trip. Would I stay there again? Definitely!!!!
