"Paradise! The family garden villa was perfect for our family of four. An enormous emperor sized bed and two singles for the kids in two separate rooms. Two bathrooms and great air con. Restaurant has a great view. Pool nice - although very busy with little ones. The beach is quiet and peaceful with a few beach bars further up with good food. "

"Our stay at Lanta Miami was bliss. This is such a peaceful place and fantastic for a 3 star resort. We had a family beach bungalow and it was spacious with 2 king beds. Daily cleaning was really appreciated. The pool area does need a bit of updating but there’s so much shade and the pool is kept so clean. Being right on the beach was wonderful. We snorkelled immediately off the beach. The restaurant is great. We ate there almost the whole time as other places weren’t any better. You can get alcohol from the restaurant too. Local amenities good, walking distance to what you’ll need. We had stayed in Phuket the week before at a 4 star which was hugely disappointing. Lanta Miami was what we needed, chilled, peaceful and beautiful. "

"The staff are lovely and very friendly. The food we had was nice. Breakfast was a basic selection, eggs, 2 thai dishes, salad, pancakes, chicken, sausage, pancake, fruit, cereal and cakes. All the restaurants on the island close at 9pm. I think the stretch of beach at the hotel was the nicest we saw. The room was nice and big. Electricity to the rooms shuts off between 10am and 3pm. There is a small playpark. If staying here make sure your boat drops you at Fantasy. Boats stop outside the hotel"
