如果不介意健身室沒有冷氣健身器材略為殘舊， 洗頭水沐浴露質素較差和沒有護髮素之外 這間 酒店都說不錯床鋪非常舒適 沖涼水力够， 但訂房時候敬請小心因為最便宜的房間是要面向一條 骯髒的 河流感覺麻麻網站上亦沒有標明景觀， 酒店非常接近大街步行至大街只需兩分鐘大街上有便利店餐廳和買水果的地方餐廳唔正在推廣 餐飲有八折但需要預先購買金額， 酒店餐廳價錢不貴但份量非常少味道也不錯， 早餐選擇不多 普普通通， 海灘是欣賞日落的好地方

Nice to have a 50m pool to swim laps but the experience was spoilt by other guests smoking at the sides. Who wants to catch second hand cigarette smoke while exercising?! There should also be clear signages to warn guests about the vicious sandflies on the beach as a 5min walk along the waters edge got me almost 20 bites which itched like crazy.

Nice hotel , private beach
Beautiful hotel and grounds. Wonderful ppl, really loved it . Bed was so comfortable- best hotel bed I’ve slept in. Buffet breakfast was good as well, endless options. Beach is lovely, private. When the tide is out you. Can walk really far down the beach. I really enjoyed this hotel, didn’t want to leave!

What a pity !!!!!!
The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. I had two problems with the hotel: 1. They allow guests to be in the pool also during the night but they do not make sure the guests are quiet. I complained about noise at midnight and in the last night I was very upset and went by myself to tell the guests at the pool to be quiet because I could not sleep and hotel staff did nothing. 2. The hotel restaurant is expensive and food quality is really bad. So much so that I ate most of my meals outside the hotel

Save a room for me!
I don't want to tell you how good the Emerald Cove is, because then everybody will come and I won't be able to get a room next year. My stay was perfectly wonderful. The staff could not have been more gracious or accommodating. I loved exploring the area as well, with the highlight being a trip to Bang Bao for snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The value of the Emerald Cove at this time of year is unbeatable. It's "low season," which may only mean low prices. I loved it, and the weather was almost perfect.

You can find a hotel for 1/3 of the price of EC, but if you want some luxury and not just a cheap room, this is your place. People seem to love the pool and even some lap swimmers. I ate offsite a lot, but I even liked EC's pizza and French fries, when I was in the mood for junk from home.

This hotel was 10!!!! We were really scaptic about it, the price was good In compatriots to the other hotel rated that good. The staff was supper nice and friendly and profational The room was located near the pool and was comfortable, clean and had all the items you would expect. The pool and beach area has a wonderful atmosphere which makes a lot for us, the food was good, breakfast was very good and the location is ok, we took a rental bike so we could eat anywhere we wanted Above all the hotel was surprising

Beatiful Resort for the price
I stayed 2 nights over Thai holiday weekend. The resort was very nice and priced reasonably for Thai holiday. Location was good, not great. Pool / beach area were quite nice, although note entrance to ocean is not traditional gradual beach entry. "Beach" area, while nice and private, is raised with a short sea wall from beach to water. Entry to water is via 2-3 steps into knee deep water. Overall, I was quite pleased with resort and would stay there again should I return to Koh Chang.

The service a check-in was very poor. They did not prepare the rooms of myself and my guests in preparations made with Hotels.com. Poor service and actually rude at poolside bar. This hotel is not 5 star by any means. I was disappointed at the quality of the food bearing in mind the excessive charges for meals. Service poor in the Thai restaurant. I would choose another hotel before staying at the Emerald Cove. This is particularly disappointing in view of my reservation for 3 rooms over a 4 day period.

Great beach hotel
Nice hotel on the beach with buildings set within a garden, a large swimming pool and two smaller ones (one as a jacuzzi a one for children). Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff friendly and attentive. The beach is clean and well-kept, with sufficient parasols and deckchairs. The breakfasts are rich albeit a bit monotonous after several days.

Great place to stay and relax. Dinner meals were excellently prepared and presented. Quality and quantity of selections offered superb. Breakfast offerings provided almost anything a person could want, and the dining room staff are some of the best we have experienced in Thailand hotel service. Director of Food/Executive Chef Timothy is to be commended for pulling together such a noteworthy team of chefs, cooks, and service personnel. From arrival check-in, to room, to check out and departure, anticipation of our needs, and attention to detail were foremost considerations from all the staff. Catered to and pampered beyond belief by all. We will be back!

Nice hotel, but could be better.
Although not terrible, the food at the hotel and the local restaurants was disappointing. The beach was nice. The local area is too poor and undeveloped, limiting things to do outside of the hotel.

Nice Stay
Property was wide open and at a great location. Being right on the beach while having a huge pool right next to each other was very convenient. Enjoyed being able to walk the beach to other restaurants right on the beach was very convenient. Parking is a bit limited but workable. Room very nicely decorated and comfortable. Had some issue with the AC in one of the rooms but fixed right away.

Island relaxation
I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and its always my first choice of accommodation on Koh Chang. Its at the quieter part of the island which is perfect if you want to relax, the staff and hotel are great even though its low season and rains everything was as i expected and the level of service was at its usual high standard not to mention the outstanding breakfast each day.

Beautiful and Luxury Hotel
We stayed in deluxe room which has mountain and river view. The room is very large and it had everything, I am very pleased with the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. There is 7eleven across the road. Food in the hotel restaurant is quite expensive so we eat out most of the holiday at "Rungreung" or "รุ่งเรือง" this restaurant is on the main road around 2 mins walk from the hotel, the restaurant is very clean, the owner "Joe" is also a great cook. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

Fantastic Hotel. Nice well appointed rooms with good TV stations. Pool area perfect. Breakfast wide range and high standard. Gym good. Nearby restaurants. Can walk to main part of town through Blue Lagoon resort. Restaurants on beach but may be closed this time of year.

Great service at the Emerald Cove
Our stay at the emerald cove was fantastic. After a long day of travelling we were checked in quite fast. The beach here is awesome. The tide goes out in the morning so you can walk out and look for shells and then the tide comes back in and the water is great for swimming. The pools are really nice. They give you huge beach towels everyday and there are many sun loungers to sit at. We only ate at the hotel once and the meal was okay but seemed to be overpriced. A small bottle of water was 89 baht!! We walked to the 7-11 a couple blocks away for more water after that. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom had a huge shower and bathtub. The only downfall was that it had rained the first night we were there and for some reason the water in our room was rusty looking and yellow. It stayed this way until we left so I couldn't have a bath in the huge bathtub we had. The hotel kindly made up for this by giving me and my boyfriend a complimentary hour massage.

Pleasantly surprised by this resort
I have stayed at many Hotels in Thailand over the years and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at The Emerald Cove on Koh Chang, Thailand. The service overall was very good. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning cool. Nice beach and scenery. The pool water was warm by afternoon so consider a morning swim. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Pricing on the high side with service charge and VAT included on bills. Some things are worth the price though. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in a good location. Great stay over Songkran holiday.

A most enjoyable stay
We spent 4 nights at the Emerald Cove. We found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a big buffet, with so much to choose from and all delicious. The sea is very calm and stays shallow for quite a way out, so safe to swim. We hired a kayak and it was fun to row to the next beach south of the hotel. We ate our dinners at various restaurants close by as the meals were very pricey in the hotel. It was a shame to see the hotel restaurants empty, even the outdoor buffets that were set up, but that could be overcome by making it more affordable.

I stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time. The property is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The wifi signal is weak in places. Dinner at the restaurant was great especially as we were a group of 10. Orders were not mixed up and pretty much all came together.

The hotel is very nice, very well kept, located right on the beach and in an area with many shops, restaurants and Cafe. The breakfast area is quite large and well located with beautiful views of the ocean and the very nice pool. The breakfast was excellent with generous selections of both Western and Asian food. The reception staff are friendly and with proficient English abilty. The check-in process was easy and simple.

Stayed 7 days. Everyday was a great experience. Rooms was big. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean. Many small touches in the room made it a great stay. the room was cleaned everyday to a high standard everything on the premises was very beautiful. The swimming pool is large great for a swim or just chill. Next to the beach and other restaurants. Bar next to the pool which is very romantic. The premises is maintained every day so it just stays beautiful. If you a couple you love this place. reception was very helpful. Every time I wanted somethingive they helped out. I wanted to hire a car and the reception did it all for me and the car was delivered to the hotel. I cannot fault this hotel in anyway.

The pool and beaches are incredible. The staff is very nice and accommodating! We wish we would have stayed longer. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the little happy hour they is awesome. You get to meet people in the hotel very easily. Great time! !!
