Some debris from other guests was left in the room and the carpets could have been cleaner. Wifi access was very poor. Fridge was not working when we arrived and staff fixed it, but it took time. There had been a sponge in the kitchen the first day, but then it disappeared. Staff was friendly and the property was in good repair.

its a nice place for family or friends weekend.

The place is very nice pity we were there for 1 night, we are going back soon for the weekend this time. the kids enjoyed the pool table

Overnight stop

Nothing grand about this Lodge, but as a place to stop overnight on your way to somewhere else it is acceptable. There is a pool and the grounds are pleasant so children will have something to do, especially as the nearby tidal stream from which the Lodge takes its name provides for exploring - but it could also be a little tricky for very young ones.
