"The stay at this hotel was the worst experience in a very long time. Room next to ours. Played the tv at a loud volume all night long. Finally called the front desk at 3am. Clerk did not seem to interested in getting involved. Then room above check in at 3:00 a.m.. stomping around for over half an hour. Finally had to go outside and sit in the car. Didn't get any sleep all night long. Never again will book a room at this hotel or franchise. Seems this establishment caters to some long-term stays. Judging from this situation, boundaries or rules are not established for these type of guests. Can't confirm whoever was in that room next to me was a long term. Obviously no consideration for their neighbors. Front desk was in close proximity. Don't understand how this clerk didn't hear the noise coming from that room. Upon checking out l politely express my displeasure with the experience at this hotel.. Received the standard I'm sorry. Sent in my way. Cannot recommend this hotel."

"Property was new and very nice. There was a place to eat within walking distance that was convenient. The person who checked us in was okay, but lacked friendliness and when both the TVs in the lobby did not work, she was unhelpful and did not make any effort to resolve the issue. "

"The breakfast area was nasty dirty. Food the second day was leftover from day one and hard. Room was okay, not great. Ice machine overflowing onto the floor. Front desk lady was very nice!"

"I stay in alot of places but this was one of my least favorite stays we thought we were getting a nice pristine hotel but we got some ghetto hotel . The staff was so weird and ghetto , one of the ladies scared the life out of me because she smokes outside every chance she gets she smokes more than she works , when I would ring the bell I’d stand there waiting for 10 minutes to get helped because she would be smoking , we booked a room with a sleeper couch when I came down to ask for stuff for the bed the guy looked at me like I was crazy but went and got me some sheets , than I asked can I get some pillows too and he was like well how many peopl are sleeping there I’m like just me and the baby like the reservation said and he hesitated to get us pillows which was so weird . Than breakfast was not good like it showed it would look like which wasn't a big deal since it’s just hotel, the pool was so dirty and nasty and there was nobody there but pizza boxes and trash left everywhere . This was not even close to a good standard , there’s so much more that happened but I’ll just leave it at that . They need some better workers …. "

"The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. "
