"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel Lac Brome. La première soirée, nous avons eu un enjeux avec l’air climatisé qui n’était pas optimal. En effet il y avait de la poussière encrassé à l’extérieur. La température n’a pas descendu en bas de 23•C Nous l’avons fait fonctionner trois jours de temps et la température n’a pas descendu en bas de 21 même si les journées étaient plus fraîches que 18 degrés.Celsius. L’accueil n’est pas ouvert apres 21h ish Le personnel s’est montré serviable lorsque nous avions besoin, et lorsque nous leur avons mentionné qu’il y avait des choses à réparer. J’ai mis que l’entretien de l’hôtel pourrait être meilleur. En effet, le ventilateur de la salle de bain, ne tirait pas l’air, l’air climatisé n’était pas optimal, la toilette était mal fixée et la peinture sur le devant de l’établissement est écaillée. La télévision fonctionnait bien et nous avions une belle capacité de poste, mais nous avions la fausse joie de pouvoir connecter notre appareil sur la télévision, cela n’a pas fonctionné étrangement. Nous avons vu des canards et une tortue. Emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal sur le bord de l’eau à mi-chemin entre l’autoroute et le centre-ville. L’hôtel est très bien et propre. Il y a un accès au lac pour faire canon kayak, mais la météo ne nous a pas permis de le faire. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le déjeuner continental et les heures nous convenait très bien. La salle d’entraînement nous a bien plu puisqu’il y a quelques essentiels."
