"The most comfortable beds ever. Hans and his wife are great hosts. The breakfast is wonderful and the location is just a couple minutes walk from a bus stop from the train. It’s also close enough to the busy market square but removed enough to not be noisy. Could use hand towel holders in the bathroom, but overall, great experience."

"Myself and my girlfriend both agreed we'd stay there again! Location originally seems a little off the beaten path but it's actually perfect as a short walk(5 minutes) to the square and from there Bruges is at your fingertips. Great little restaurants and pubs close by. Frite Museum & Choco Story within 3 minutes. Are room was spacious; kinda like a small apartment with a view of the canal. Location was very quiet as well. Staff was EXCELLENT! Very helpful and friendly. Gina became a member of the family! Driving a car...parking is ok...about a 5 minute walk but considering parking elsewhere that was a steal plus it's in a secure parking garage! Only issue we had was breakfast as 25 euro's each which was expensive for what you were offered but there are plenty of small cafes close by for breakfast....make sure the try the Belgian waffles! "

"The hotel is centrally located and overlooks a canal. The perfect spot to explore the beautiful city of Brugge. The staff couldn't be more helpful, breakfasts were superb and the hotel was very quiet, even though there were a number of guests staying. We stayed for 3 nights in April and would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Brugge or other cities close by. "

"I received attentive service only at hotels that I could never experience at Airbnb. I was able to walk anywhere, and the soundproofing was good at night, so I slept well without any noise. In particular, the breakfast made me feel happy that I was experiencing the joys of traveling in Europe after such a long time. If I go here again I will definitely stay here. "This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!"
