"No one in shop or office to report issues to, I txt the owner on Friday morning & they didn’t even open it until after we left on Saturday morning. No bathroom lights working, no outside light by hot tub and no covering over it to protect from weather/trees, so it was not used. No heating for night time so the hut was really cold, it was a good job I took extra bedding. "

"The cabin was warm and comfortable It was well equiped. The road getting to it was narrow but manageable with care. The road surface was good. The view from the front was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. "

"We got to the site about 8pm and had to go to the club house to get the key from a helpful local , opened the door and it smelt like a dirty hamster cage , the bedding was roled up in the centre of the bed amd i couldnt tell if it was clean or dirty , walked into the toilet amd there was poo all around the rim of the toilet and in the pan , the floor of the hut was all water damged and peeling up, we turned right around and walked out , in that part of wales driving im the dark to try and fimd a...
