"The person at the check in counter was very helpful. The rest of the staff was unhelpful, rude, and at one point one of the women servers bumped into my disabled friend almost knocking him over. That’s pretty much what you can expect from this down at the heels, poorly run hotel. The website offered breakfast, and WiFi - but neither were available. My room had no hot water in the sink, dirty floors, and paper thin towels. This was the last hotel in town not booked- that should have sounded...

"Das Hotel selbst, das Personal und das Frühstück sind hervorragend! Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Allerdings waren wir sehr enttäuscht über das gebuchte Zimmer (die Suite), da sie hier bei Expedia anders beschrieben wird. Die Suite ist mehr eine zweistöckige Wohnung mit 6 Betten (!) und einer Ausziehcouch, die Einrichtung doch recht alt. Die Badewanne war defekt, der hand gekritzelte Zettel in der Ecke mit einem alten Tesafilmstreifen, an dem ein dunkles Haar klebte, wurde bestimmt schon vor...

"Sehr schönes Hotel, Zimmer etwas älter, aber sehr sauber ! Restaurant ne glatte 1 und die Lage hervorragend! Auf dem Zimmer hat uns ein Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine gefehlt! Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!"

"Hotel was 1960s. No air conditioning, bad lumpy pillows, LOUD road noise, few outlets, tiny shower, limited counter space, small closet w 4 hangers, bed covers were not comfy. Breakfast was good but an additional 15 Euros per person. Location about 1/3 mile outside of town. Nice Mosel views but impossible to sleep and bathroom was tiny, shower was too small, towels were thin... bad experience!!"

"Proximity to airport and shuttle service is the big plus. I arrived around 1 am on a weekend. Staff picked me, checked me in, gave directions to my room. Surprisingly I Did not hear the planes landing or departing."

"Its in a beautiful area, on the Mosel. In a residential street, with parking for about 12 cars near the hotel. (We had to park 10 min walk away in another property's garden) A tad expensive for what it is, but you do get a good breakfast, and access to the pool which is a bonus. The property looks like its been recently modernised, however i was surprised to find there was no AC in the room and the most useless TV remote i have ever encountered."

"Hotel couldn’t call us a taxi to pick us from train station and taxi number didn’t work at train station. So walked w bags to hotel. Room was large but street level. Last day the brunette working desk noticed that the taxi didn’t pick us up to leave hotel so she got her own car and drove us to dock. Amazing! She went way out of her way. She made our stay great"
