"Nice location with nearby train station that goes direct to the airport and central train station. Clean comfy rooms with good amenities. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Only complain is that soundproofing can be better. Ambulance passes by the road in front almost hourly (sometimes continuously) and can be heard loudly in the room"

"In person, the staff were friendly, and helpful. But when communicating through email, they are quite unresponsive.
Our family rooms were excellent. Two separate rooms, with our own private hallway.
Location was very convenient in the Westend (financial district). We had international cuisines nightly - Japanese: Earth Tokyo (superb ramen). Chinese: 老成都 Szechuan, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese. Shopping area in Goethestraße. Close to Frankfurt airport.

"Very bad management. We booked a family room as we are travelling in family of 4, with 2 young kids. We arrived late at 7pm to check in, and only told that theres no fanily room for us, they offered us x2 separate rooms, and assumed that we are happy with havubg 2 rooms instead if 1. How are we supposed to split our luggage and stay in 2 separate rooms with 2 young kids! Due to changing hotel management, Hotel staff was also unsure of whether they can take in laundry service for guests, i have...
