Place is old, urgently needs refurbishment. We were told several times that we got a very low price from expedia, it seemed she was expecting us to pay the difference. Long story short, never again. We better pay more. "

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation.
