"Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and the most extensive and varied breakfast buffet that we’ve ever come across! Our room was well equipped, with a big, comfort bed and plenty of space. All the staff, from door staff, reception, breakfast buffet staff were excellent, always smiling, helpful and professional. In particular Ocha, who was one of the reception staff was particularly helpful with arranging transport and making reservations at places of interest. She was really lovely! Equally, Dedi, the driver who took us to and from the airport and who we hired for a day to drive us around was excellent. Dedi was very professional, safe and looked after us really well. He took things very seriously and must have eyes like a hawk as, whenever we exited a place of interest, even if it had a big car park he would be driving up to us within a few seconds! Highly recommended!"

"We visited here for 6 day on a Month Long Trip and this was our favourite place in Bali/Indonesia. I would give the staff here 6 stars because 5 stars isn’t enough. Calvin, Riva, Peni, Kevin, Roy, Mel, and Nunda just to name a few of the great staff here wo take the time to get to know you. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The grounds and pool are amazing, golf was great, and the food was always fantastic. "

"Very nice room space to layout things, large room, nice bathroom. A/C terrible had to move rooms once second room OK. Pool very nice prefect temperature. Staff helpful but lacked English speaking staff. This is a problem for me. No place near to eat."
