"Our flight was super delayed that we arrived at the apartment at 2 am. I like it that the apartment has 24-hr access. The pillows were nice and firm and the toilet paper was thick. Location was great also! Metro A at Mustek stop was right beside it, and close to Wenceslas Square and Old Town. We will choose Crown Palace again. And customer service was very helpful. They always responded."
