Lovely hotel just by Kitzbuhel train station. The staff were brilliant - attentive and friendly. Excellent range of food for breakfast and a good dinner menu.

Hotel schön, Wellness klein, Personal unfreundlich

Hotel sieht toll aus und ist schön eingerichtet. Zimmer entsprachen den Erwartungen und waren schön und sauber. Leider sollte man das Hotel nicht derart als Wellness-Hotel anpreisen. Lediglich eine Masseurin steht zur Verfügung, dementsprechend konnte auch nicht alle Behandlungen gebucht werden, die angeboten werden. Ausserdem sprach die anwesende Masseurin lediglich schlechtes englisch, kein deutsch. Nach gesundheitlichen Problemen oder Allergien wurde vor der Behandlung nicht gefragt. Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön eingerichtet, aber kleiner als man es gemäss Beschreibung erwartet. Die Bedienung an der Rezeption war ebenfalls unzureichend. Unsere Massagetermine wurden gebucht und wir mussten eine Bestätigung unterschreiben. Anschliessend wurden die Termine aber ohne Info an uns zeitlich verschoben. Wenn man eine Bitte oder Wunsch hatte, wurde man gefragt ob man das wirklich braucht / buchen / reservieren möchte (Shuttle-Bus, Tisch-Reservation, etc.). Wir wurden jeweils unmotiviert abgefertigt. Beim Frühstück musste man ca. 15 Min. auf Kaffee warten, trotz mehrmaliger Bitte. Das Personal wirkte gereizt und gestresst. Die Tische mussten wir jeden Tag selbst aufdecken da das Personal keine Zeit hatte. Der angebotene Shuttle-Bus zur Talstation ist ein tolles Angebot und hat dann gut geklappt.

Bra hotellet 10 min gange utenfor Kitzbühel

10 min gåavstand ifra sentrum.Hotellet har en shuttlebuss og i tillegg går der skibuss og tog til skibakkene. Hotellet tilbyr yoga, veldig god frokost- i tillegg er der en hyggelig bar.

Hotellet ligger i gåavstand til sentrum og nær tog som tar deg gratis til gondolen. Men ønsker du å spasere til skitrekket - blir det for langt. Superbra frokost, og kul bar med god mat og gode drinker. Yoga som tilbys og hyggelig personale. Det som trekker ned er små rom med små dusjer og harde senger.

cozy oasis a quick walk from the center of things

excellent location - you can rent skis at element3 and leave skis there. hotel has a shuttle to take you to and from (doesnt run timely, so there is a bus you can also catch). perfect if you want to go to dinner in a town near by - take the public transport thats just outside the door. couldnt be easier to arrive from munich airport via public trans. great breakfast. need to upgrade pillows theyre like a pancake. the bar with the fireplace is so cozy. would definitely return!

We booked a half-board reservation, so we enjoyed dinner (good, not great) and breakfast (very good). Staff was universally friendly and helpful. Property was slightly removed from the highlights of Ktzbuhel, but a short, pleasant walk along the river to the heart of town. The hotel encourages a relaxed, spa setting. That includes, I guess, wifi only in public areas and very subdued lighting in rooms. We adjusted to the former; the latter was occasionally problematic. If relevant, the hotel is very close to the train station.

Grundsätzlich gut. Leider gibt es für den Wellness Bereich kein Tauchbecken oder kleinen Pool zum schwimmen bzw. abkühlen. Allgemein war es im Ruheraum sehr laut, da es keine abgetrennten Räume gab (Dusche, Saunen, Liegen alles im selben Raum). Keine Möglichkeit sich im Saunabereich umzuziehen. Betten waren leider viel zu weich. Trotzdem sehr freundliches Personal, sauber und sehr sehr gutes Essen Und wenn man etwas pingelig sein möchte: teurer Wein wurde in den falschen Gläsern serviert (waren angeblich aus)

Sehr gut gefallen hat mir die Einrichtung des Hotels (modern/rustikal), die Lage an einem Bach, das gesunde Frühstücksbufett, das täglich angebotene Entspannungsprogramm . Auffallend positiv die Sauberkeit und das liebevolle Aufräumen der Zimmer. Nicht gut gefallen hat mir die Unfreundlichkeit beim Check in z.T. unkompetent )man erhält keine Info über das Hotel (Frühstück, Parkplatz usw.), es wird eine Barkaution oder Kreditkarte verlangt, obwohl der Aufenthalt in Vorkasse bezahlt war, Rezeptionspersonal trägt keine gepflegte Kleidung. In der Hauptsaison gibt es bestimmt enorme Parkplatz Probleme

Nach wie vor ein schönes Hotel, aber mit Mängeln in der Organisation. So wurden z.B. die Saunen um Wellnessbereich erst nach Aufforderung eingeschaltet, obwohl der Wellnessbereich bereits geöffnet hätte sein sollen, die eingedeckten Tische im Außenbereich waren nicht sauber, einmal fehlten die Handtücher, dann wieder das Toilettenpapier in den Toiletten im UG bzw. EG. Und das alles innerhalb von 2 Tagen...

Hotel ist etwas kleiner und deshalb ist es beim Frühstück angenehmer. Leider wenig kostenlose Parkplätze!!! Und es ist nur ein kalter Schwimmteich vorhanden. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous avions réservé une chambre calme. Notre chambre donnait sur la gare, à côté de l'ascenseur à l'entrée d'un corridor. Après avoir demandé un changement, on nous a proposé la même chambre un étage plus bas, plus petite. Chambre mal isolée, sans climatisation, ni wifi. Accueil très moyen à la réception et service moyen au petit déjeuner. N'est pas digne d'un quatre étoiles.

Dass das WLAN nur im Lobby-/Barbereich funktioniert fanden wir unnötig. Wen schon sollte es umgekehrt sein (sollen die Leute doch im Zimmer auf ihre Displays starren und nicht in den Aufenthaltsräumen). Das Essen war sehr gut! Für meinen Geschmack hätte es aber auch etwas einfacher, urchiger sein dürfen! Ich hätte mich sehr gefreut wenn anstatt des veganen Tiramisus das Wienerschnitzel auf der Speisekarte gewesen wäre!
