Everything is just perfect , very nice and very helpful staff ( Mia at the front desk is such a nice lady ) and Pavel( I hope that's his name-can't remember now , he is the hotel groundskeeper) was absolutely 100% helpful with everything, he even recommended local trips to us and we are glad we followed his recommendations. "Beautiful spot, near a small lake, great for short hikes and strolls and lovely views of the mountains. Two small towns nearby with dining options (of course the hotel has a great restaurant as well). Totally recommend!"
