This is the first time that I have stayed here. It is a lovely hotel and is only a ten minute walk to the centre. The choices at breakfast are really good. There is no kettle in the room but there is one in the communal lounge area where there is also a microwave. There is an ABC garage across the road and it has a cafe and a small supermarket the cakes here are amazing. In the centre there is the tourist information centre, two supermarkets (S Market and K Market) and there is also a Marimekko shop with plenty of offers on. The only thing is that this hotel is quite far away from the train station so I advise that you order a taxi through Meneva to get you to the hotel. I would stay here again when I visit Kitee.

HyvÀ hotelli

PysÀköintipaikka löytyi hotellin pihalta. Vastaanotossa ei ollut ruuhkaa, joten sisÀÀnkirjautuminen sujui nopeasti. Huone oli ehkÀ liiankin lÀmmin, mutta ikkunaa avaamalla asia korjaantui. Sauna oli hyvÀ. Illalla tilaamani pizza oli erinomaisen hyvÀ. Aamiainen oli hyvÀ ja monipuolinen.

DespuĂ©s de un viaje de 8 horas la recepcionista, seca como una pasa, me tuvo una hora haciendo gestiones con hotels.com porque decĂ­a que no habĂ­a recibido el pago. Cuando se dio cuenta de que la culpa era suya ya habĂ­a pasado una hora bastante desagradable por su trato despectivo. Como premio me dio una habitaciĂłn situada al lado de una puerta de paso que retumbaba de tal manera que me hizo despertarme a las 5,30 y pasar en vela tres horas hasta que decidieron calzarla, eso sĂ­ para facilitar la tarea del personal. Hotelli on hyvÀllÀ paikalla sinne on helppo saapua. Palvelu on hyvÀÀ ja aamupala ok. Huoneet ovat siistejÀ mutta niiden varustelu on melko heikko ja vanhanaikainen. Rakennuksen ikÀ alkaa myös jo nÀkyÀ. Parkkitilaa on melko vÀhÀn. Hotellin yhteydessÀ on ravintola ja terassi. Huoneissa ei ole ilmastointia, joten kesÀhelteellÀ ne ovat todella kuumia.

Tilat olivat varsin kohtuulliset. Hotelliin kirjautuessa ilmeni, ettei sunnuntaina saakaan aamupalaa, vaikka olin siitÀ maksanut. Puuttui henkilökuntaa. Oman huoneen löytÀminen oli vaikeaa lÀpi pimeiden kÀytÀvien, joihin ei saanut valoa, vaikka kuinka paineli katkaisijoita. Kun huoneen lopulta löysi, oli se onneksi lÀmmin, kuten vesi suihkussa. Auton lÀmmittÀminen onnistui hyvin nÀin talvipakkasilla.

Hotellihuone kulahtanut, lattia pahasti naarmuilla ja sÀngyssÀ peitteenÀ vain lakana. Suihku toimi hyvin, huoneessa myös pieni jÀÀkaappi. Hotellin ravintolan ruoka mainiota, niin pizzat kuin muukin. Sutkin krouvissa reipas tunnelma. Huonehinta tasoon nÀhden korkea, selittynee sillÀ ettÀ muita majoituspaikkoja ei Kiteen keskustassa juuri ole.

Huone kuuma ja tukala . ikkunaa piti pitÀÀ yö auki ja hotelli(terassi) levoton klo kahteen yöllÀ .Patja niin pehmeÀ ettÀ nukuin petarilla lattialla . Kummaa oli ettÀ yöpymisen maksaminen ei onnistunut kuin kÀteisellÀ kun oltiin lÀhdössÀ klo 9aamulla ja kassa olisi ollut auki vasta klo 12 .
