It’s frustrating when you feel like you're talking to a machine rather than a professional service team."

"Parking on the main level could be right outside your room with multiple entrances around the building made bringing in our stuff so easy. Breakfast was delicious and fresh everyday, staff were friendly and helpful, and most important it was quiet at night! "

"Check in time at 3pm, shuttle was picking everyone up for the wedding at 330. We tried to check in early and no rooms were available - understandable, so we were told to come back at 3 to check in before we go. We went back at 3:10 after getting ready for the wedding in the bathroom, still no rooms available any time soon… had to check in after the wedding at 130am. We were in the room only to sleep, and bothered that there were no rooms available even after check-in time. They weren’t able to help with any discount or anything so we spent $250 to check in at 130am"

"I stayed for only one night but from the little time I spent at Staybridge, it was wonderful. The room was beautiful. It was spacious and clean with great amenities! It had a separate bedroom to the sitting area and decent kitchenette. Someone I traveled with used the gym and he was happy with his experience. They had welcome cookies to offer us upon our arrival, the included breakfast was great and the entire premise was kept really clean. The price from Expedia was fair and trainable. I would definitely stay again! Thank you, Staybridge for understanding customer secure!!"
