An absolutely GORGEOUS hotel! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The service and staff were impeccable! From the luxurious garden, the onsen and pool, the gym, the amazing breakfast.. just WOW! I didn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the city when I chose this hotel. It’s about a 10 min walk to the local subway and 7-11(must try the egg salad sandwich). For me, the hotel was perfectly located. I highly recommend staying at Hotel Chinzanso 🙌

The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is clean and well-maintained. Our room was spacious and the amenities were excellent. Our room had air-conditioning, as well as an air purifier. Turn-down service was available and enjoyable. The Prince Sakura Tower Tokyo, Autograph Collection is located walking distance to Shinagawa Station, allowing easy access to the rest of the city. It is also centrally located and has sights to see in the community. The Sauna and Whirlpool services are unavailable to those with tattoos, unfortunately, but our room had a relaxing jet tub. The in-room dining service was quite expensive compared to previous experiences, as well as NADAMAN TAKANAWA PRIME was more expensive than expected. I recommend trying nearby local restaurants, such as Royal Host or 麺ダイニング たかなわ for a more affordable and authentic experience.
The staff were able to accommodate an hour later checkout time, as well as book transportation to Narita airport on our behalf.
