Симпатичный , развивающийся отель
Отель новый, чистота и порядок, доброжелательный персонал, отличное расположение и замечательная видовая терраса. Завтраки вкусные, но хотелось бы разнообразия. На террасе должны быть зонтики от солнца и дождя. И нужен работник, который поднимет ваш багаж по крутой входной лестнице... В целом нам отель понравился. Желаем ему дальнейшего развития!

Отличный новый отель в самом центре
Главное впечатление - всё в отеле сияет чистотой. Все очень гостеприимны и доброжелательны. Близко к вокзалу и близко к парку и к нарзанной галерее. С удовольствием поживу тут ещё при возможности. Единственный важный нюанс - Кисловодск город не плоский, и чтобы попасть в отель, придётся преодолеть лестницу или подъём по дороге; в отеле три этажа и лифта нет. Впрочем, в Кисловодске таков рельеф, везде будут лестницы.
