"Friendly staff but a bit slapdash at breakfast, rooms comfortable but south facing rooms need a portable aircon unit when warmer outside as the room was stiflingly hot despite window open and fan on. Excellent food which we could not fault for two nights dinner."

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good sized rooms. However there was broken glass on the balcony, the bunkbeds for the children wobbled ridiculous everytime one of them moved and then in the morning my son found someone else’s socks under his pillow so clearly they hadn’t changed the beds from the last guests. I cannot believe a hotel can do that. It’s a real shame as the feel of the hotel was nice and it is in a beautiful location."

"Very nice B&B in a beautiful area. The host Nicole was very nice and helpful. The view out our window was stunning. Clean and comfortable. Town and restaurants a short drive away. Didn’t do the breakfast but it looked and smelled awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side. The walls were wafer thin, you can hear the tap running and toilet etc from the room next door. Also the water in the bathroom made a right racket when you ran the tap, shower or flushed the toilet. "It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price."
