"Very poor hotel, bad numbers, dirty bathroom. Very bad clearing process. They were cleared our room just 1 time. In bathroom there are smell of dirty toilet. Very poor food. No any towels for beach and sweeming pool. Beach is far from hotel, very small and this is last beach on the beach line. Very far from anywhere. "An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required. "
