"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

The villa was absolutely beautiful and spotless, and the pool quickly became the kids’ best friend throughout the holiday. The old town of Rethymno was just a 20-minute drive away. Nobody at reception when we arrived and room not ready so we had to busy ourselves elsewhere for a few hours. Thought we were paying by card on line but seemingly not - ended up paying in cash at the owners request. Overall - room really nice; service not bad but not great."

"We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"I think the property is a super location to the vital parts of the town. The access was smooth and simple when coming from the airport. Checking out was easy and they even have a luggage store if your flight is later and need somewhere to store it until your departure! I did have a broken small shower head in my bathroom but the rainfall shower made this no issue. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone."

"This place is absolutely beautiful. I love that it is city center and a convenient walk to many of the shops, bus stops and delicious eateries. It does get a little noisy at night as the cars go by, bring your night time ear plugs unless youre immune to city noise:) Overall top tier service! & the staff were all amazing."

"The main advantage is that the hotel sits right next to a spacious beach with plenty of sunbeds. The food quality was excellent, but it lacked variety. We were there for over a week and found that our meal choices were similar, especially for breakfast. The dining hosts were friendly, but on some days the same or different hosts lacked warmth and didn't feel welcoming. The waiting staff were amazing and very friendly, although one gentleman was quite rude when we chose a certain spot to sit and pointed us to other available tables (without considering that it was easier for us to be seated in a quiet spot with fewer distractions for our daughter). Our room had air conditioning, but it was consistently set to a fan setting and didn't cool the room. When we questioned this at reception, they said they had changed the settings so it wouldn't cool in all guest rooms given the time of year (so all settings for every guest had to be the same and not separate, which is strange, as everyone should be able to adjust their A/C individually as they find suitable for them). The reception staff then said they would change the settings back after back-and-forth calls with the Director. For all-inclusive, note that top-brand drinks are not included as "all-inclusive" drinks, which was very disappointing. A special shout-out to the security lady on the beach who was so friendly and welcoming every time we saw her. She was so accommodating, and made the effort to say hello to our daughter."

"Beautiful hotel and comfortable bed We were just there one night to sleep and it was super comfortable Parking was a little harder to figure out and limited space The location is very close to The ferry and we rented a car It would have been easier maybe if we got a short taxi ride over or maybe walked and picked up our car the next day But overall very happy with the accommodations"

"Over all hotel is nice , Everyone working here was nice and kind . Anyhow for 5 star hotel shower enclosure is only 2 stars…. It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower,and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October 12 th pool temperature was 15 degrees Celsius-that is absolutely ridiculous…please invest some money for your pool heating,so guests,who paid for 5 star hotel can enjoy it …"

"Property was good and breakfast at the restaurant in the morning was plentiful as well (leave a lot of time for it). Area was quiet and nice. The thing that was annoying, however, was tha light in the washroom was turning on at night when you tried using it, waking up both yourself and your family members."
