"The shower was plugged, had to have it cleared out. The microwave did not work, had to get it replaced. Both issues were dealt with right away. Staff was great, location was great, would definitely stay again...."

"Great staff. Obvious wear and tear in the bath tub that made it look unclean even though it was clean. Bad pillows. Great mattresses. Limited towels, shampoo, and soap."

"Overall, the property was nice and I would certainly return again. The pool was very lackluster, but I wasn’t staying there for the pool so that is minuscule. The staff was very friendly for check-in and check out. I can’t speak on behalf of their breakfast because the first morning I met family for breakfast and the following morning I had to leave so early that I didn’t get a chance to give it a try but the first morning it smelled really good."

"The front desk is racist. He directly told us I don’t like your face, get out of here. He said that to me in front of my little kid. He asked us to get out of the hotel at 3am, and we even have a fully paid room for 2 nights. It’s a traumatic experience for my son. After I beg since it’s 3am and I have my little one with me, he gave us a room but the AC is not working at all. During our whole stay. I did ask them to change our room, but they refused. Worst ever."

"My room was hot and the thermostat seemed like a cruel fake. I had to walk out after 90 minutes."

"The property is poorly maintained. Our room was in disrepair. The window coverings didn’t work. The shower was cracked. Many cracks all around the shower. The staff was nice and friendly. That could not make up for the way the property was maintained. The workout room was OK. The bicycle did not work. There were not any towels to clean the machines with. Overall, I would never stay there again."
