"We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back."

"The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road."

"The location is great. We were touring Bar Harbor and also took the CAT ferry to Nova Scotia Canada. The staff was great. I was able to return to the hotel hours after check out and pick up my sun glasses I had left in the room. They were waiting at the desy in case I might return. Great Service."

"Everything was Unique about Moxys. The whole concept of the hotel is unique. The rooms are smaller than normal but satisfactorily, sufficient. No waste. It's a hotel that you feel like staying inside and enjoying all the amenities that they provide. We enjoyed watching Canada wine a FIFA game with several other Canadian cheering fans.
