Mini vacation

We stayed at the Imperial Inn 1000 islands in one of there cottages. It was very clean and comfortable with a slight musty smell which went away wth some Lysol spray. Overall excellent stay.

Nice size clean room for a single person. Did not want a larger room. Staff is friendly. Was hoping to eat at the Chinese restaurant, but seems like the owners closed it some years ago. There is another Chinese restaurant nearby.

For the price we were only hoping to get a good sleep since we were out all day and into the evening. To be honest we really couldn't get a good sleep. The fridge was too noisy, so had to unplug it and ac unit, which I guess we could not have gone without since was very hot days, was too noisy. I guess if you're a heavy sleeper then maybe those things won't bother you. The bed was comfortable and the room was neat and clean but had a bit of a musky smell.
