Was advised of a 200 dollar holding deposit not to be charged and released upon check out... this was not the case and had been charged and upon check out advised this is now a 5 to 6 day turn around from my bank.. not impressed. 1 bath towel per person for a 4 day stay. 1 milk no room clean. Requested 3vtimes for 2 single beds.. not done either. Not impressed with my stay. Expected more from a Peppers resort. Out dated decor."

"Plenty of amenities that were not overcrowded even at peak holiday time. Pool and slide were great for the kids. Nice location and loved The Arc cafe nearby. Will definitely come here again!"
