"Nice little motel with a modern twist! The staff were prompt, friendly and welcoming.
The environment felt pleasant, clean & safe throughout the stay, with great parking space.
The bed was comfortable with quality linens, and having Netflix ready to use was a great bonus. The generous supply of high-quality toiletries was also a lovely touch.
The only constructive feedback would be regarding the shower design. The frameless/doorless setup may not be the most practical for the space, as it is...

"everything was great, but I don't understand the darkly lit passages and in particular the gym, so dark.
In the room I also found that when you turned off all the lights then tried to put on a reading light for example, it was impossible to see the right switch and I'd end up opening the blinds or hitting the wrong button. had to use my phone torch.
I would definitely stay again. Very nice overall."

"This was a great little spot. We only had one night here before heading up to Brisbane but would happily have stayed longer. The rooms were good sizes, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was amazing. A short stroll up the road to some yummy eateries and a supermarket. There was a bit of noise- friday night so thats probably expected, but other than that I cant really fault it."

"Room was fine. Maintained and clean. Some nice touches. Parking outside room. Check in efficient.
Issue was terrible behaviour from what appeared to be resident guests at 3.00 am in drunken or drugged state fighting and screaming outside for a very long period of time. Impossible to sleep through and at extreme end of filthy language and behavour."

This is understandable as people need to check out however we were left there all
Day with very tired children and from 11am newly arrived people were givien there rooms immediatly
Reception staff super rude and just not helpful throught the stay .
Every time we asked for anything or direction it was like it was too much of a problem
