"Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "

"Couldn’t fault it. Lovely setting. Sunny courtyard leading onto a nice dining room and bar. Food was excellent. Staff accommodated all needs. Parking close by - street parking but safe and we never struggled to find space. Our room had a small patio area, and all the amenities you could ever want. Would certainly stay there again. "

"I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. There is a small general kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave and hotplate. You will need to bring your own pans and there is a fire area provided on which you can cook food too. In the hut a small single camping gas cooker is available and all linen and towels are provided also. My breakfast hamper included fresh eggs from their own hens (which are super friendly) and a small microwavable bowl to cook them. The toilets and shower areas were clean well maintained and restocked with hand towels, toilet paper and handwash. Hot water was always available when i stayed in mid May. That's the practical stuff. For me personally i loved being so close to nature, you open the door and are on the edge of huge meadow that is frequented by birds, hares and butterflies. I went to relax and that's just what i did. The beach is only a few hundred feet from you as are great walks. The only downside for me if i was forced to make one is the bed is a firm mattress on a hard base. Great for some but i'm softie lover, so i folded my quilt a few times, i didn't need it because it was warm and i'm sure had i asked Nigel or Carol would have provided more. Lovely hosts. "

"The only issue is parking. The Kings Lynn parking machine requires you to feed coins for limited hours. I had to download their unique pay app to avoid feeding the meter every few hours day and night."
