We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Rather damp smell in main bedroom, small amount of black mould in the shower. Cooker not very clean but kitchen generally well-equipped (although only one teaspoon). Lounge comfortable and spacious. Poor signage on campsite especially for exit - if you arrive outside reception times, you won't get a map (we arrived after dark and left early the next morning). Very convenient for RSPB Snettisham. "

"Nice house in quiet location, handy for North Norfolk coast. However distinct lack of equipment in kitchen (only 3 drinking glasses and 2 mismatched wine glasses; no washing up liquid, no dishcloths, etc) that meant difficulties with self catering. Garden very sparse and could do with some TLC."
