"This is an exceptional place to stay. The reason it’s a 4 star not a 5 is because there were A LOT of kids for lacrosse and they screamed in the pool and took over the entire pool and lobby. They ran down the hallways and I feel the staff - who was really phenomenal- should have told the parents (who had no manners) to behave with consideration for all the guests who were staying. "This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday....

"It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure."

"This was our first time staying at this location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby area smelled wonderful however there was an awful sour stench in the elevator area of the 2nd floor in which we stayed. The room (204) was nice and roomy and the additional room of the handicap amenity was a bonus, although we didn't require nor request a handicap room.
