Very quiet for a relaxing night. The chalet was clean and very nice. Thermostat was already set to a nice temperature.

I like having the security 24/7. The fold out beds are terrible. Very uncomfortable. No linen, no utensils , I liked the location. Shuttle service is available. Park was clean. Main complaint is the second bed,,,,terrible. Nice staff. Internet service wouldn't work and that's a biggie for me.

Our chalet was dirty found socks under the bed & there was a lot of dust underneath the bed. We had to ask for additional toilet paper,paper towels , & dish soap.

What I liked most about the property was the cleanliness and of course, the shuttle people were very friendly indeed. Thanks and we will return this summer for sure.

Nice place. Clean. Not all the cabins have sofa beds so just be aware of that. Did enjoy the stay though, quite area and shuttle to the casino was nice.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Chalets were clean, comfortable and furnished beautifully. Staff was great from the check in staff to the shuttle bus drivers. Wonderful activities for the whole family. We will be going back.

Lots of Amenities
We stayed in a chalet in front of the pond. It had a convenience store, fishing pond, lodge, casino, Kids Quest, restaurants and a lot of other amenities on the property. The kids loved the Dream Pool area. I couldn't keep them away. We will definitely be going back.

Not what I paid for!
It says on your site the chalet has a queen bed and sofa bed, max occupants five. There is ONLY ONE queen bed so it only sleeps two! We had a total of five people so we had to purchase air mattresses! Also my husband had to blow off patio with his blower bc it was so dirty!

It was comfortable and quiet
Everything was great. We had the pool to ourselves and it stated quiet. The only negative is the sheets were torn and there were foreign hairs in the bathroom.

Very disappointed...everything was old!
Old, run down, flies and ants inside, everything was uncomfortable... bed, couch, chair, nasty in the kitchen, and the check in process was upsetting. The check in clerk was stressed out and when I checked out I was never asked about my stay (they wouldn't have liked what I said anyway).

Great birthday getaway
It was great. Had a very awesome birthday. The Chalet was nice and comfortable, was big enough for two people to move around comfortably and had all the amenities of home. Definitely will book for future trips.
