There were 3 adults and 3 kids and the room was just right for us. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus as well. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable but for smaller children it wouldn’t be a big problem.

Long but honest review. We checked in after the office closed on Thanksgiving day. They closed at 2, we got there around 3. They had called me beforehand and told me they would put everything in a lock box. Keys, map, parking pass, etc. that was great and easy. That evening between 6 and 7:30 I tried to call the after hours office because they only gave us one parking pass, while we needed 3. No one ever answered the three times I called. I do understand it was a holiday, but they mentioned the after hours number days before when they called me. The view was spectacular, and the kitchen was updated, but those are about the only pros. The floors and furniture were stained as soon as you walked in. There was writing on the walls where they had not covered it up. Bathroom did not have a cleaning brush. The Water smelled like eggs. I will say the linens were clean. Pillows were awful, so I suggest you bring your own. Staff was always polite each time I talked to them, so thats a plus. Gym doesn’t open until 8 which is inconvenient. I probably won’t stay again, BUT it is very cheap which is a big plus.

The room obviously had some remodeling that was nice, like the shower and kitchen. The property as a whole was still dated and worn in several areas. There was rust on the handrails outside, and toilet showed signs of wear, etc. The condo was spacious, but the master bedroom layout felt awkward. There wasn’t enough space for a nightstand since both the toilet closet and bedroom closet filled that space. The staff was friendly and prompt when we needed help. This could be a 4-5 star place with a few additional updates.

Property is very quiet. Lake view is good. Outside lights however shine in the windows at night so bright it looks like it is midday even with the blinds closed.

Gorgeous lake views
I’m surprised at the low reviews. We had a wonderful stay! The view was stunning from our room. Everything was in order, room was stocked with towels, dish soap, etc. we had all the dishes we needed in our kitchen so we could cook. It was relaxing and quiet. There’s a pool, mini golf, dock access, game room, tennis, playground, etc. we had a great time! Was the decor in the room dated, yes it was, but the room was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and the view was amazing. We would absolutely stay again.

The lake views in so many rooms were amazing. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. I had an after hours arrival, so the lockbox was handy! I’ll be going again.

The ac was not working when we arrived. Couldn’t get ahold of the maintenance person until the next day. He was able to fix the ac thankfully. The condo reeked of smoke although it was a no smoking unit. The condo was pretty outdated. We did enjoy the nearby restaurant that had a band and awesome view of fireworks overlooking the lake.

I loved the view from our room. It was very quiet even though it looked like almost every room was booked. The bed was comfortable and I LOVED the pillows. I will stay here again the next time we are in the area!

The room was nice, clean had plenty of room. Kitchen was stocked with basic dishes to cook a meal, fridge, washer and dryer in unit. Outdoor pool was right across from our room and was clean and well kept. We'll stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

The sliding glass door in the living room handle was broke and hard to open and close. The light fixture cover in front bathroom was laying on floor. Front door deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Closet doorknob barely holding on. Had a funky smell when we got there.

The property worked great for our stay. But when I booked I was under the impression we would have a king bed, a queen bed and two sofa sleepers. Our unit actually had a king bed, a full bed, and one sofa sleeper. The unit was also handicapped, I misunderstood the booking I thought it was just handicapped accessible. It was a true handicapped room, i wouldnt have booked this one if i would have realized this. Other than that our stay was great.

Property is extremely dated. The units are clean and met our basic needs. But could use updating. The exterior of the property is in very poor condition. We did not use the amenities but they also appeared to be very dated and in need of some maintenance.

Place was nice and nice view. Staff was great and helpful. What was bad no wi-fi. Also signage of name. Called Table Rock resort Kimsberry but sign on building is Kimsberry Inn. Plus in shopping plaza at end of lot. But in the world today no reason not to have wi-fi.in rooms. Other than i give 5 stars and will be back

The manager was gracious enough to find us a room on the first floor after we had thought we haf prearranged a first floor room. I'm on crutches and use wheelchair extensively. The room was clean, the bathrooms were nice, but the bathroom entrances were too narrow.

Nice Condo and good for boating, but nothing else.
Our Condo was very clean and in great condition - it was spacious and fit our needs. The resort itself is not exactly what we were expecting. It was clear that it once had it's hay-day, but that day is long gone. There is not an open restaurant onsite like the description says, and the mini-gold and game room are not worth the space they take up. We thought we were just going to have a relaxing weekend at the resort, but we had to go to Branson for entertainment both days we were there. If you have a boat or are planning on renting a boat and doing that all day, this place is perfect for you. But if you want to swim or SUP board or anything else on the lake, you will need to go somewhere else. Also, don't plan on grilling our - they have some of those grills like you see at public parks but they are in terrible condition. there was one bigger grill at the bottom of a set of stairs that we used, but it didn't work very well and really wasn't worth the time and energy. Again, nice condo and great for boats, but nothing else.

We stayed in a 2bd condo on the ground floor. We had a view of the lake from our back door, which was nice. Even with the condos in front of us the view was nice! Central Air worked great. Property was nice too. Only 2 complaints: 1) No Wifi and 2) The Carpets in the condo made our feet black. They need a good cleaning. Very friendly staff and our stay was relaxing.
