"We were upgraded to a room with a garden view, much appreciated Room was basic but fine. Comfortable bed, bathroom had been renovated, loved the tiles😋 Pool and surrounding area very nice."

"In all fairness, this was high season so prices were probably elevated and affected our expectations. However, having grown up with very little, I know it doesn’t cost a lot to keep something clean. And when you’re running a business, it should still be maintained well. The door to our unit would not close fully—left about a half inch gap. The ceiling fan wobbled so much that it seemed like a hazard to anyone sleeping underneath it. Both of those could be forgiven if they were the only issues....

"They upgraded us to an air-condition tent and that probably makes my review better since it was 95° during the day. The Glam tents were great. The resort itself is nice. The restaurant is good, not great for food but the people are nice. Nice. There is a swimming pool that works. While we were there okay, half of the place was closed because of damage from typhoons. You were there at the very end of April, 2026. There weren't many places to hike so there wasn't that much to do.. The Pearl farm...

"The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. "

"Great location.Even with the renovations going on it doesn't interfere with your stay. We came here for some down time and that is what we got. Room was clean bed was comfortable, we did have an issue with connecting our devices to the TV cast but it was no biggie. The pool was great"

"Naming of location was misleadng. (Bell Gorge is nowhere near property which is located in a unattractive area). Staff were a bit over the season and not as willing to help as other Kimberley places we visited. Maybe could benefit from extra training or maybe difficult to attract good staff to a bad location? "

"Thought restaurant and bar should have been open all afternoon and not from 12-2 / poolside area not cleaned regularly. Possibly under staffed. Reception staff were great."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this property in their 2 bedroom bayview suite, has everything we need for a family on holiday - perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Cable Beach, however close enough if you need to visit, reasonably priced and quiet part of town, we will definitely be back again when we visit Broome."

"Room was lovely, easy to get to. Pool was rather cool for a heated pool. Shame you won’t allow drinks in cans on the pool area to enjoy it more. Breakfast buffet was cold each morning even at opening. Overall a lovely place to stay."
