"Extremely wonderful stay. Also was upgraded from deluxe to club room and I have to say that is what everyone should book, as instead of facing more tents you instead face the mountain. Perfect for downtime on the patio out front. Would 100% recommend to others. Clean, good staff, good food. "

"Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal.
