Check in could have been smoother there was a little confusion so it took longer which we wanted to start our game drive and had a short delay. It was fixed quickly, they were accommodating, we are grateful they fixed us a quick lunch which was after their normal hours so we could eat before going into Amboseli NP. The directions given on Orbitz need to be corrected. Part of the confusion we thought we had booked at the wrong property. Which we booked exactly where we wanted to be. A few minute drive to the gate of Amboseli. Perfect location with good staff, beautiful big tents. "
