"I enjoyed a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The environment felt peaceful, and everything was arranged with care. My room was tidy, quiet, and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable rest. The staff were polite and made check-in and check-out effortless. I also liked the cozy ambiance in the lobby, which made the place feel warm and inviting. It’s a nice option for anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay."

"We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. "Le 8 novembre 2025, comme prévu, j'ai présenté ma réservation Ebookers au responsable de l'hôtel. Il m'a ensuite annoncé qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible. Je me suis donc vu contraint de chercher une autre solution : me loger dans un autre hôtel, à mes frais.
De plus, je n'ai pas obtenu le remboursement des six jours que j'avais réservés."

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were lovely and work very hard. The whole place was immaculate and housekeeping do an amazing job.
If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience."
