"Great location, 1/2 block for the pier. Great breakfast place right around the corner. Everything was walkable. Great place to stay for a long weekend. The only downside of them first floor is your patio lets out into the parking lot. Anyone can park in front of your unit. "

"Not what we expected from pictures and comments. No staff on-site, couch was very dirty, no trash can and shower head was in need of a cleaning and we had to buy one to swap it out because water wouldn't spray out right because of build up! Shower curtain was dirty and clean towels and wash rags never showed up like were told they would 😒 We stayed 3 nights and only garbage can was located outside and was never emptied. No blackout drapes so be ready for bright light by 7 am. Almost seemed like all staff lived long distance cause never saw one the whole 3 days. For over $400 I would have appreciated clean towels at least and a sanitary shower. Nice distance for walking to the beach and restaurants but that's about it. Never heard back from anyone when I messaged with my concerns."

"The stay was amazing the room was clean and it was short distance from beach access. My only issue with this place was there was no thrash bag in my thrash can during my stay & the remote was missing from room but eventually I was able to get a remote from a vacant from. Other than the minor issues I loved the room and my family enjoyed themselves. I would definitely still recommend this place to anyone."

"The kitchen area was okay, nothing special, 2 plates, 2 bowls, a couple of pans for cooking. Full size refrig w/working icemaker, which was great."

"The view was as depicted in the photos, and showed a small amount of the beach sand due to the dunes. But, that was expected for the first floor unit. The property only has two levels, so you need an upper level (2nd level) unit to see the water from the deck. Close enough to hear the waves crashing in though. Still had a beautiful sunrise with the dunes and skyline."
