"Simple no-frills. Welcoming staff.
Problem/. The room’s heat/AC unit was very very loud and, to make it worse cycled on & off every few minutes.
Walking by the exterior wall of a few other rooms, i noticed that their heat/AC units were also very noisy… not broken noisy… just cheap"

I would expect to be upgraded for the inconvenience, not downgraded. This reservation issue was not caused by me, and I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.
At this point, I am not satisfied with the service."
