"We had a car rental and we’re traveling around Ireland when we happen upon this location. If you’re using Expedia, you’ll want to contact the owner in order to get the instructions as Expedia may changes and he cannot contact direct at this time we called he text the instructions. It was very easy to get into the property safe and quiet. Our room was amazing roomy for three. And there were free breakfast options serve yourself. We will definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful home."

"Our stay at Adrian’s was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was fab. Very close to Tipp Town and ideal for a family like ours attending a wedding nearby. Adrian was also very responsive and explained everything perfectly. "Hot and Cold Hotel The heat of our bedroom was intolerable. Bed covers to much, opened windows eventually at 4.30am which helped. The cold part comes from the bar in the evening before and after the evening meal. We had to go to the room after the meal as my wife started shivering in the bar. The restaurant also had the open doors but when requested to close them, they obliged. Table at door for kitchen not happy with lots of foot traffic annoying but food good"

"Advertised clothes washer but there is not one on site! Luckily there is one within a 5min drive. But did not appreciate false advertising. Also, beds were completely ran through. Felt nothing but springs "

"This is a gem of a find. Beautifully fitted out and managed with exceptional care. The facilities in the room and common parts are simply great and nothing was too much trouble. Mitchelstown has much to offer but Birdies is above and beyond."
